We had the Yacht Charter brokers conference here this week. We had a bunch of yachts at Yacht Haven and hopefully more will come in the coming months. But one of the highlights was that we got invitrd to the Governors mansion for a cocktail party. We were so lucky he showed up (since he doesn’t actually live at the mansion) and got to meet him. What a fun night. They also introduced an new license plate for the island it is a boaters paradise plate and we got number five (that is our license plate number). Pretty cool huh?
We ended up the conference with a cocktail party and the Taste of the Islands. What great food we have down here. A really great reggae/steel drum band played and they were great. Our guests left yesterday and went to St. John for a few days we hope they are having fun. Actually how couldn’t they? Come join us and see how great your vacation can be. Hopefully we have another fun filled weekend. Tomorrow starts off at Megans Bay for my friend Ronda’s 40th birthday party and Sunday may be a boating day. I will keep you posted
