Yesterday was another great example for living in the islands (and also a great reason for visiting). It was early in the morning when Diane and Wayne called (our friends that run Rubber Ducky Charters. http://www.rubberduckycharters.com) and asked if we wanted to go to Jost, of course we jumped at the opportunity. It was a welcome day of fun. We set out from the Yacht club in St. Thomas and headed for the customs house on Jost Van Dyke to clear into the British Virgin Islands. While waiting for clearance we walked down to Foxy’s to see if anything was going on and then we headed for our afternoon destination the Soggy Dollar Bar. It is on White Bay Beach and was voted one of the top 10 Caribbean beaches on the travel channel this year. After Jost we headed to Tortola for dinner while watching another magificent sunset from the Rubber Duck. We ended up at Pussers in the west end of Tortola. Then on to St John for a night cap and back to St. Thomas for some well deserved sleep after such a long and taxing day
